Beverly Smith, O.D., M.B.A. holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management and is a partner in a four doctor private practice in San Ramon, California which she opened "cold" with her husband. She has been in practice for 23 years. Dr. Smith has been featured in the VSP Magazine, Women in Optometry Magazine, and New O.D. Magazine. She serves on the Alameda Contra County County Optometric Society Board, and has been a California and a National Board of Examiners in Optometry licensing examiner.
Bruce Kent Peters has been in the commercial real estate business for over 25 years. He has extensive experience working with health care professionals, including optometrists, locating practice sites, negotiating leases, and office design. He owns Portofino Realtors in Napa, California, a successful real estate brokerage.
